Cadastre of commercial public infrastructure
Description
Cadastre of commercial public infrastructure is a register in which the objects of commercial public infrastructure and the network termination points of the public communications network are recorded. Data on the type and type of facility, its location, facility identification data and data on the operator of the facility shall be kept for an individual facility of commercial public infrastructure, while identification data, location data, data on the minimum capacity of the network termination point and data on the owner of the network termination point shall be kept for an individual network termination point. All operators of public utility infrastructure and owners of network termination points are obliged to submit data to the Cadastre. Public access to data from the aggregated cadastre of commercial public infrastructure is guaranteed to all users.
The basic purpose of establishing a consolidated cadastre of commercial public infrastructure is to show the occupancy of space with facilities of commercial public infrastructure and network connection points of the public communication network for the entire country, which in the future will allow us to more rational spatial planning, safer implementation of interventions in the space and more economical management of infrastructure facilities.
