Database of providers of continuing education and training programmes
Description
The database shall contain the following information: first name, surname, date of birth (day, month, year), educational institution of employment (name, seat), job position, information on the result of participation, tax number, e-mail address, file (information on the programmes he attended, who was the programme provider, in which school year, date and place of implementation of the programme, date of application, registration status (in terms of attendance), certificate number, date of certificate, number of points). The data relate to the contact person and are intended to provide and monitor further education and training.
