Database of personal data on applicants and persons under temporary protection
Description
For the purposes of implementing the provisions of the Act on Temporary Protection of Displaced Persons, the Ministry responsible for the Interior collects and processes certain basic personal data of persons with temporary protection in the Republic of Slovenia, which has already been obtained at the stage when the person was considered an applicant for international protection, and added data relating to care and accommodation, the number and date of issue of the decision granting temporary protection, the address of temporary residence in the Republic of Slovenia, the number of the person with temporary protection, the date of issue and the issuing body of education and profession, if the person with temporary protection so agrees in writing, on nationality, if the person with temporary protection consents in writing, about religion, if the person with temporary protection consents in writing, on health services provided during his stay in the Republic of Slovenia, on education and education and on acquired education in the Republic of Slovenia, on employment, income and other benefits and property, on the acquisition, withdrawal and termination of temporary protection, on the method and place of return to their homeland.
