Collection of notices relating to public procurement procedures
Description
In accordance with the provisions of ZJN-3 and ZJNPOV, contracting authorities shall publish notices on the public procurement portal concerning the implementation of procedures in the form of forms. The information contained in the notices is different from the type of notice and relates to the contracting authority/contracting entity, the subject-matter of the contract, legal, economic, financial and technical information, procedure, supplementary information, award of the contract/concession, explanations, changes, place of publication.
Information regarding tender documentation and other forms (e.g. technical specifications, works inventories) and all corrections to the tender documentation are also published on the website of the contracting authority.
