Zambia National Supply Chain Assessment 2017
Description
This project is supporting USAID in Zambia to improve availability and access to life-saving health commodities through procurement, distribution, and supply chain technical assistance. Building on achievements of predecessor projects, remaining gaps in capacity for supply chain management are addressed. In collaboration with key local partners, this project strategically reviews supply chain operations and refines approaches for improved performance and increased efficiency. Through this work, the aim is to increase country ownership to transition supply chain responsibilities to the government in a responsible way.
