Description
The dataset includes the program, created under Section 134 of the Workers' Compensation Law, which has certification requirements detailed in ICR 59 and 60. Specialists evaluate and help set up employer programs to ensure compliance, and can be certified to provide services in Safety, Drug and Alcohol Prevention, or Return to Work.
