Dedication envelope Lower Austria

Description

Recording of the envelopes of selected dedications in accordance with § 16 et seq. of the NÖ Spatial Planning Act (NÖ ROG) 2014 in 21 categories in which, in some cases, both geometric and content generalisations were carried out. Thus, similar dedication blocks are geometrically merged across traffic surfaces into ONE object of the dedication envelopes. The dedications BA, BK, BW and BO are summarised in the SBL category and the dedications BI and BB to the BIB category. The dedications BKN and BWN are grouped into the category SBLNB and the dedications BVB and BVI to the BIBVB category. The dedications/admissibility changes must have come into force by 31.12.2022.
