Description
On this map you will find all public pavements in Arnhem. Traditionally, the task of ‘management of roads’ is a public task. Since the ‘law redistribution road management’ we have only a limited number of road managers. The municipality is the public authority that manages all roads that are not managed by the state (primary roads) or the province (secondary road network between major centres). This dataset shows all public hardenings that are present in the municipality of Arnhem. There are also public roads that are not managed by the municipality, such as the surroundings of the former Diaconessen house or industrial park IJsseloord II. These roads are also included in this dataset. In addition to the geographical data such as street name, district, neighbourhood, there are also data on the function of a road, type of road, type of material, surface area and year of construction.
