Registers in misdemeanour procedures — Inspectorate of the Republic of Slovenia for Education and Sport
Description
The register contains the registers in which the payment order is issued (Pn register), the register for cases in which a decision on minor offences is issued (Odl register) and the register for cases in which an accusation proposal (OBP register) in the field of education and sport is filed and which are kept in accordance with the provisions of Article 6 of the Rules on the form and content of registers and auxiliary books with minor offence bodies
