Register of the Metrology Office of the Republic of Slovenia for cases in which an accusation proposal is filed in criminal proceedings
Description
Register for cases in which an accusation petition (OBP Register) is filed in criminal proceedings before a court. Registers are intended for transparency and efficient management of misdemeanour procedures and for statistical reporting. For each case entered in the register, the requested information is entered, e.g. on the minor offence authority, the perpetrator of the offence, the place and time of the offence, the filing of a proposal for a minor offence, the judicial decision on the offence. The Metrology Office of the Republic of Slovenia has an electronic system for keeping the OBP register.
