Register for minor offences cases in which the IRSD submits an accusation motion
Description
Due to the records of cases dealt with by the Labour Inspectorate as a minor offence body, the Inspectorate keeps certain registers and auxiliary books for the effective management and transparency of procedures and for statistical reporting. The register for cases in which an accusation is made contains, inter alia, information on the perpetrators of offences — the name of the legal person who committed the offence, the address of the registered office and the registration number, and, for natural persons, the personal name of the offender and the address of permanent or temporary residence — legal classification of the offence (law and article), information on the accusation proposal.
