Register of minor offences under the Public Finance Act (ZJF)
Description
The database of personal data or register contains data on offenders, against whom the budget inspectorate conducts minor misdemeanour proceedings in relation to violations of the Public Finance Act. As a minor offence body, the BSO keeps this register as a mandatory database under Article 206 of the ZP-1.
