Register and auxiliary books at the National Review Commission due to the infringement procedure
Description
For the purposes of records of pending cases, for efficient management and transparency of procedures and for statistical reporting, the National Audit Committee shall maintain:
— register for minor offences cases in which a decision on an offence is issued;
— register for cases in which an accusation is made;
— a list of objects removed;
— records of overdue, unpaid fines, court fees, costs of proceedings, confiscation of proceeds and penalties for procedural misconduct and alternative prisons
