Register of the Metrology Office of the Republic of Slovenia for cases in which a payment order is issued
Description
Register for cases in which a payment order is issued in infringement proceedings (Pn Register). Registers are intended for transparency and efficient management of misdemeanour procedures and for statistical reporting. For each case entered in the register, the required data from the payment order (e.g. on the minor offence authority, the offender, the place and time of the offence, the amount of the fine and the costs of the proceedings, the legal classification of the offence) are entered, as well as key data relating to the payment of the claim or further developments in the proceedings on the offence, e.g. on the lodging of a complaint or a request for judicial protection, compulsory recovery. The Metrology Office of the Republic of Slovenia keeps the register in electronic form.
