Description
The database contains data on citizens who have reached the age of 17 in the calendar year, citizens who wish to perform voluntary military service, citizens who wish to voluntarily perform military service in a reserve, soldiers in military service, conscripts, military personnel in the permanent composition of the Slovenian Armed Forces and posts of the Ministry of Defence where military service is performed (points 1 and 2 of the first paragraph, and Article 20(4) and Article 58 of the Defence Act; Article 7, the first paragraph of Article 8 and Article 62b of the Military Duty Act; the third paragraph of Article 22, the third paragraph of Article 28 and the first paragraph of Article 29 of the Confidential Information Act; Article 49(1) of the Defence Act; Section 342 of the Rules of Service in the Slovenian Armed Forces)
