Governmental Materials

Description

The collection contains materials that have been or will be discussed by the Government of the Republic of Slovenia. They relate to all areas of social activity. As a rule, these contents are prepared by ministries and government departments and published in the information system of the government. They are addressed to the interested public, in particular non-governmental and other civil society organisations. All those involved in the material generation process can check here how their comments, initiatives and suggestions have been taken into account by the competent authorities when preparing government decisions. The method of public participation in the government’s decision-making process is defined by the Rules of Procedure of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia. Excluded are those materials which constitute an exception under the Act on Access to Public Information. The figures are rounded up by mandates of individual governments. They can be downloaded in full and, for the needs of developers, as a sample (only the first 25 records) through the selection of the appropriate period or term of office of the government.
