Description
The ‘Villa Louvigny asbl’ association was set up on 4 October 2023 as a non-profit-making association, in accordance with the amended law of 21 April 1928. Its registered office is at 4, bd, Roosevelt, L-2450 Luxembourg. It bears the registration number F14531 at the Trade and Companies Register and the national registration number 2023 61 04517 at the Joint Social Security Centre.
The purpose of the association is to serve as a foreshadowing association for the creation of a public establishment responsible for the operation of a cultural third-place in the building known as ‘Villa Louvigny’.
