Vegetation Cover 2024 for Copenhagen

Description

The vegetation cover is estimated from satellite images and/or summer orthophotos. A vegetation index (NDVI) shall be used for the estimation. The index calculates a surface/pixel in the photosynthesis activity of satellite imagery. The quality of the vegetation cover is relatively high, but there may be errors and deficiencies in the data. Areas with worn and very sparse vegetation are not classified as vegetation cover. Note: Data is heavy and takes up a lot of space.
