Description
Village communities in the municipality of Kostel.
In order to ensure the participation of village communities in carrying out public affairs in the municipality, it establishes a municipal council by decree of village committees as its consultative bodies. The village committee has up to and including 100 inhabitants with a permanent residence of three (3) members and in village communities over 100 inhabitants with permanent residence five (5) members.
