Cultural heritage protection regimes (eVrd)

Description

From the point of view of the protection and preservation of immovable cultural heritage, appropriate measures are those that respect it and offer opportunities for its development. Drafters of development programmes, plans and plans must take into account the protection of heritage and include protection measures in their preparation. In the procedures for the preparation and adoption of plans, the protection of heritage is ensured by taking into account acts on the proclamation of monuments, registered archaeological sites and heritage from expert concepts of the protection of cultural heritage, by assessing the effects on heritage and archaeological remains, and by taking into account guidelines and opinions. The Ministry of Culture has prepared a Manual of legal protection regimes that must be taken into account in the preparation of plans and interventions in cultural heritage sites, so that preparers of plans, producers of environmental reports and reports on environmental impact and other users can obtain in one place a concise overview of the consolidated texts of all legal protection regimes that apply to cultural heritage sites in the Republic of Slovenia on the date of the publication of this Manual, as follows from various legal bases. The manual is linked to the GIS viewer and data of the legal regimes of cultural heritage protection.
