Description
Effective use by citizens of the services provided by ICT technologies (e-commerce, homebanking...). The regional reusable database collects data on the use of ICT in Piedmontese households. For the years 2005-2010, the following are reported, with provincial aggregation: use of internet banking, internet usage (chat, mail, etc), internet usage for health purposes, computer literacy. The data are provided in the form of a percentage (%) of the citizens who meet the condition out of the total number of Piedmontese citizens.
