Description
The amount of upward adjustments that were originally recorded in a prior fiscal year paid/outlayed during the fiscal year to USSGL account 490100, "Delivered Orders - Obligations, Unpaid," or USSGL account 490200, "Delivered Orders - Obligations, Paid."
