ASSESSMENT OF THE SENSITIVENESS OF THE MICROBIANO BUCLE TO THE IMPACT OF MULTIPLE FACTORS ON OBJECTIVE MEDITERRANEAN AQUATIC ECOSYSTEMS: According to those raised in the Microsens project, the objectives of the campaign will be the following: 1. Quantify the biodiversity of the planktonic community, by determining: 1.2. 1.3. The taxonomic composition, abundance and biomass of nanoflagellates and ciliates. 1.4. The taxonomic composition, abundance and biomass of micro and macrozooplankton. 2. Quantify the carbon flow between the different functional groups that constitute the microbial loop and the consumer chain, for which measures of primary production and respiration will be carried out in different fractions of plankton 3. To determine the functional and metabolic responses of the planktonic community to changes in the solar radiation spectrum and nutrient concentration through onboard microcosm experiments.
