Description
1.- Comprehensive study of the Algeciras canyon from its headwaters to its mouth including: bathymetry, reflectivity, high resolution seismic profiles of the subsoil, sedimentary characterization, habitats and associated benthic communities. 1.a.- Alternatively, if there is any setback that prevents the development of the campaign in the Algeciras Canyon, it is planned to carry out a comprehensive study of any of the existing canyons on the northern margin of the Alboran Sea. 2.- Sampling of mounds on the continental slope of the Alboran Sea.
