Description
**Definition of IGN**: Line at which a landmass is in contact with a body of water, includes:
especially the coastline.
**Selection**: The following are retained:
* the leash of the highest seas,
* the leash of the lowest seas.
Modelling constraint: The two leashes do not cross. They can be confused (e.g.
Mediterranean).
