Topographical reference — Building trait — Urban Community of Dunkirk
Description
This repository consists of more than 70 layers of topographic data describing parcel, building, green spaces, roads, urban furniture, hydrography and toponymy. Characteristic leveling points (wire, high and low slopes, pavement axes, high/low point) also provide information on altitude.
This 2D repository consists of the integration of precise topographic and parcellar plans (detail plans on a very large scale 1/200th). The classes of details according to the Order of 16 September 2003 are as follows: 4 cm in planimetry and 2 cm in altimetry.
The drawings are made by expert surveyors or by CUD surveyors by traditional method (land survey by tachaometry).
The Drawed Building Layer is used to represent the following building elements:
. Separation between two adjacent buildings. Its position is estimated by the operator.
. Garage.
. Lightweight frame.
. Built hard.
