The legislative constituencies of 2010 in Normandy.
The data fall outside the scope of the INSPIRE Directive.
Extract from [Toxicode](http://www.toxicode.fr/circumscriptions): The contour of a constituency was generated from the polygons of the communes (provided by GEOFLA), by pasting those whose borders touch. In a small majority of cases, this is enough.
For 237 constituencies, we had to manually complete and edit the contours obtained:
In the vast majority of these 237 cases, this adjustment comes from the fact that a municipality can be divided into several districts, the Ministry's data therefore affect this municipality to several districts, and the dividing lines are not in GEOFLA.
In a few other rare cases, we had to intervene to repair problems of enclaves or fusion of communes.
As for the accuracy of the Toxicode cut-outs: For constituencies (outside Paris), it is very variable, there can be up to 100 meters of error. Overall this remains of a level of detail comparable to the precision of GEOFLA cuttings.
