Cycling tourism - portions of the routes- Centre-Val de Loire
Description
One serving contains several segments. It is the intermediary between a segment and a cycle route or loop. There are 6 types of portions:
* a stage is a tourist section and can be covered in one day or connect 2 cities of tourist interest (this can be a loop for example). It is rated E;
* a variant is a portion that represents an alternative to a bifurcation of a main route. It is rated V;
* a temporary portion is a deviation from a route due to an impassable area or a passage exceptionally closed to traffic (e.g. due to works). It is marked P;
* a specific portion is for the case where the direction is unique for a route and a portion is proposed for reverse traffic. It is rated S;
* an antenna connects the route to a point of interest, but this part is marked, with tourist or cycle tourism signs. It is rated A;
* a specific portion on variant or antenna. It is marked X.
