Description
In France, pursuant to Article L. 151-41 [archive] of the Urban Planning Code, the overall planning waiting area is an area registered in the local planning plan (LDP) for a future development project, for example a concerted development zone (ZAC).
An AHS is an easement that limits the work to adaptations, changes of destination, repair, or
limited extension of existing buildings. For a limited period of 5 years, the AHS prohibits the construction of new constructions or facilities
