Description
The priority district of the city policy (QPV or QPPV) or priority district (QP) is a mechanism of the politics of the French city. Its aim is to reduce the complexity of the network of socially disadvantaged areas. It enters into force on 1 January 2015 to replace the sensitive urban area and the neighbourhood under an urban contract for social cohesion
