Raw material areas

Description

Mining sites: Sand, stone, gravel and clay must primarily be dug within the local or regional digging areas. The excavation areas cannot be laid out for other purposes that make it difficult to recover raw materials later on. Areas of interest for raw materials: The Regional Council shall, in accordance with the Raw Materials Act, carry out a mapping of and after raw material deposits on land. Therefore, a number of areas of interest for raw materials are identified. In these areas, based on the knowledge of geology, there is a certain probability of finding suitable occurrences.
