Description
Registration of habitat types protected under Section 3 of the Nature Conservation Act. These are:
· lakes and ponds with an area of at least 100 m2,
· marshes, meadows, salt meadows, swamps, heaths and grasslands with an area of at least 2500 m2,
· "mosaics" of the above habitat types with an area of at least 2500 m2;
· certain designated streams &
· all bogs in protected ponds, lakes or streams.
Watercourses protected under Section 3 of the Nature Conservation Act can be found in the ‘Protected Watercourses’ layer.
