Information on decisions granting the holder the right to install and use a radio station on board the vessel and specifying the MMSI (Maritime Mobile Service Identity) number and call sign of the vessel (name of the holder, decision No, entry into force of the decision, registration mark of the vessel, vessel name, call sign of the vessel and MMSI number of the vessel or installed radio station).
