This data asset established the baseline levels and conditions of Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) services and behaviors in the Uganda Sanitation for Health Activity (USHA) Northern Cluster districts and provided a baseline against which to measure behavioral and service delivery changes over the life of the USHA.
