Description
Legislative Decree 152/06, as amended, defines as an agglomeration “the area in which the population, i.e. productive activities, is concentrated to an extent to be made eligible, both technically and economically in relation to the environmental benefits achievable, the collection and conveying into a dynamic sewer of urban waste water to a treatment system or to a final delivery point”.
