Percentage of letters delivered on-time (USP under direct or indirect designation)

Description

% of letters (fastest service) delivered on-time: provides an estimate of the quality of the postal service provided by the USP related to transit times in (D + n) when D represents the date of deposit, and n represents the number of working days which elapse between the date of deposit (D) and the date of delivery to the addressee.
