Drinking Fountain Locations (Linz)

List of publicly accessible fountains and drinking fountains (drinking water collection points) managed by the city of Linz.

• BmPxx: Wells without drinking water
• BoPxx: Decorative fountain suitable for drinking water extraction
• TBxx: Drinking fountains (drinking water collection points)

The drinking fountains (drinking water collection points) are in operation every year from April to October.
After the standstill over the winter, a water sample is taken in spring from each drinking fountain. For these water samples, a drinking water test is carried out according to the Drinking Water Ordinance, limited to microbiological examination.
