TFP is a five-year activity that aims to support the adoption and implementation of a risk-based approach to customs and "specialized inspection" institutions in Vietnam. This data documents the responses of 210 participants in the TFP activities to measure the effectiveness of TFP, identify the barriers, enablers to the progress, and lessons learned from TFP's success and challenges.
