Description

This dataset contains polygons showing Tree preservation orders in Wirral. Under the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (c. 8) the Local Planning Authority has a duty to ensure that adequate provision is made, for the preservation of trees and woodlands in the interests of amenity.
