Description
After vendors complete their submission process in PASSPort, agencies share findings and complete vetting of prospective vendors as a part of their responsibility determination process. A “responsible vendor” is one who has the capability to fully perform the contract requirements in all respects and the business integrity to justify the award of a City contract.
