Tobacco Retailer Density Caps

Description

Tobacco Retailer Density Caps for each planning district included in the tobacco retailing regulations. This part of the regulation prohibits new tobacco retailer permits in capped planning districts. Capped districts refer to districts where there are 1 or more retailer(s) per 1,000 people present using daytime population estimates.
