Tier II Chemical Storage Facilities
Description
Facilities that store hazardous chemicals above certain quantities must submit an annual emergency and hazardous chemical inventory on a Tier II form. This is a requirement of Section 311/312 of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act of 1986 (EPCRA).
