The Concessionary Fuel System (ConFuel 3)
Description
Hosted by the National Concessionary Fuel Office operated by Capita: The Concessionary fuel system (ConFuel3) is used by the National Concessionary Fuel Office staff to provide a means of administering the provision of entitlements to fuel or cash in lieu of concessionary fuel to former British Coal employees. It also provides all management information for Capita and DECC on funding and expenditure.
