Description
European companies play a crucial role in getting out of the crisis and in reaching the goals of the European 2020 strategy for sustainable, inclusive and smart growth. The main focus of the third European Company Survey was on work organisation, HR practices, employee participation and social dialogue. The survey, carried out from in the spring of 2013, maps a number of practices used in European workplaces, as well as how they are discussed and negotiated at workplace level as well as some of their outcomes.
Eurofound’s data explorer makes the results from its Europe-wide surveys highly accessible. This multilingual, interactive tool allows you to explore data at the level of individual questions, with Europe-wide reporting and comparison, or to drill down into single country results. Data can be visualised in multiple ways, including a European map, national and European bar charts and graphical country groupings. Visualisations and data can be shared online or downloaded in a range of formats, including high-resolution ones (EPS, HTML, PDF, PNG, SVG, XLS).
