This dataset comprises polygon data showing the extent of the Temple Quarter Enterprise zone in Bristol.
Enterprise zones have been set up by the government to drive local growth and create jobs. They offer a range of incentives to businesses including business rate relief, low rent incubator units and simplified planning procedures.
Bristol Temple Quarter is one of the largest urban regeneration projects in the UK, covering a 70 hectare area in the heart of Bristol.
