Description

This dataset includes chemical, discrete sample, physical and profile data collected from THALASSA in the Gulf of Guinea, North Atlantic Ocean and South Atlantic Ocean from 2000-07-24 to 2000-08-21. These data include CHLOROFLUOROCARBON-11 (CFC-11), CHLOROFLUOROCARBON-12 (CFC-12), DISSOLVED OXYGEN, HYDROSTATIC PRESSURE, NITRATE, SALINITY, WATER TEMPERATURE, phosphate and silicate. The instruments used to collect these data include CTD and bottle. These data were collected by Bernard Bourlès of French National Research Institute for Sustainable Development as part of the Equalant_2000_35TH20000724 dataset.
