Description

This dataset includes chemical, discrete sample, physical and profile data collected from MELVILLE in the North Pacific Ocean from 1999-10-29 to 1999-11-22. These data include CHLOROFLUOROCARBON-11 (CFC-11), CHLOROFLUOROCARBON-113 (CFC-113), CHLOROFLUOROCARBON-12 (CFC-12), DELTA NITROGEN-15, DISSOLVED OXYGEN, Delta Oxygen-18, HYDROSTATIC PRESSURE, NITRATE, NITRITE, Potential temperature (theta), SALINITY, WATER TEMPERATURE, phosphate and silicate. The instruments used to collect these data include CTD and bottle. These data were collected by Alexander van Geen of Columbia University; Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory as part of the 318M19991029 dataset.
