Description

This dataset includes chemical, discrete sample, physical and profile data collected from BARUNA JAYA IV in the Banda Sea, Ceram Sea or Seram Sea, Flores Sea, Makassar Strait and Molucca Sea from 1996-11-21 to 1996-12-13. These data include CHLOROFLUOROCARBON-11 (CFC-11), CHLOROFLUOROCARBON-12 (CFC-12), DISSOLVED OXYGEN, HYDROSTATIC PRESSURE, Potential temperature (theta), SALINITY and WATER TEMPERATURE. The instruments used to collect these data include CTD and bottle. These data were collected by Arnold L. Gordon of Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory (LDEO) and Rana A. Fine of University of Miami (UM) as part of the GLODAPv2_42BR19961121 dataset. CDIAC associated the following cruise ID(s) with this dataset: Arlindo '96
