Teign Cockle Stock Assessment 2012, 2018-2022
Description
In 2012, 2018 AND 2019, 2020, 2022 Devon and Severn IFCA has carried out stock assessments on the public Cockle beds within the Teign Estuary, South Devon. These surveys determine the area where live Cockles are present, spatial density and abundance, and the estimated stock (in tonnes). This data informs the Authority's management of the public stocks.
