Description
The dataset supports findings in the study: "Integrating Agricultural Conservation Planning Framework with the Soil and Water Assessment Tool to Reduce Phosphorus Loadings to Lake Erie: A Case Study". Results of this study demonstrate the integration of the ACPF and SWAT in a small agricultural watershed within the Western Lake Erie Basin. Datasets include SWAT model calibration and validation as well as SWAT model ACP scenario results.
